How do I use the site?
If this is the first time you have visited our site, please apply online for an account; this is a trade only service for our network of business gift distributors. We will ask you a series of questions to make sure that you qualify. We’ll set you up with a username and password and then you’ll be able to order online. Click here to register
Do you have a maximum order quantity?
No. You can order as many as you wish through this service. If you order a bulk shipment of products, it’ll go straight to our printing presses in production in the same way as if you were ordering one.
Whilst we’ve streamlined the workflow, we’re still running your orders through our state of the art factory so you can expect the high level of product quality you’re used to from Listawood.
Products are printed digitally in CMYK so exact Pantone® matching is not possible. If you are looking for products to be printed to an exact Pantone®, we are able to help. Please contact your usual sales contact at Listawood and they will be able to offer you the best solution for your enquiry.
Online artwork upload
Our artwork facility enables you to create your design online from scratch or upload your ready prepared artwork file. Once created, your artwork will be stored in your account so that you can use again for repeat orders.
If you would like to see a physical proof before ordering, this order will need to be placed through Listawood’s sales team, please contact them directly for help and support.
Artwork specification and limitations
As this is an automated production system, we will print what is supplied.
We have however tried to build in some restrictions to our design system but this isn’t exhaustive, please see our artwork guidelines for each product to ensure that you make the most of your design.
You will have the opportunity to view your proof online before placing your final order. You need to check thoroughly before approving your proof; our system is a live process so printing may begin as soon as you place the order.
Any on screen visual is just for reference, not for colour matching, you may see some differences between on screen and final output due to print processes used.
I’d like to see a proof before I order
As part of the Listawood on demand service, you can upload, edit and approve artwork instantly online.
Amendments to proofs or orders cannot be made once order placed.

Can I contact you about my order?
Our customer service team are available to help when needed; this service has been built around a zero tough point philosophy. We have been able to offer you great prices and low quantities because of this. We’re designing a process where 99% of the information needed will be available in the web portal. If you’d like to talk to us, we’d of course love to hear from you.
Can I make changes to my order once placed?
All correspondence for the Listawood on demand service is done through our online portal and is highly automated so changes cannot be made to your order once placed.
This innovative new service enables you to access ultra-short runs at highly competitive prices, all correspondence needs to happen through our on demand site. If you’d prefer your order to be processed in the traditional, customer account management route, we’d be pleased to work with you in this way. Right to cancel orders
Cancellations can be accepted if order processing hasn’t begun but please be aware that due to the nature of the order process your order may have been started within hours of being placed.
Most of our orders are available on a 5 day despatch time, see individual products for specific delivery times.
Orders are sent on a trackable delivery service. All of your orders can be tracked in your personalised login area. We will also send you an email containing tracking details for your order.
As standard, orders are sent out on a next day, tracked service.
Upgrades on our standard delivery service is possible for an additional cost. See shipping options on products for pricing and full details.
Payment is taken online at time of order placement.
When things go wrong.
Sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens, you can speak to your contact at Listawood and we’ll handle your complaint in the usual way.
